The best choice depends on your setup and space. If you need a large backdrop behind your booth, a vinyl banner or fabric display is a strong option. If you already have a backdrop, a retractable banner is perfect for the front or side of your booth—it’s portable, easy to set up in under two minutes, and comes with its own carry case. Many exhibitors choose to use both for maximum impact.
Tablecloths cover the entire surface of a table, creating a full, finished look. Our fitted versions wrap snugly for a clean, tailored appearance. Table runners, on the other hand, are slim panels that run across the front and back of a table—great for layering over solid-colored cloths when you’re working with multiple tables. All Light Printing House table covers are machine washable on delicate with cold water and can be tumble-dried on low heat.
Not always. Many of our signs come with built-in stands, making setup quick and hassle-free. Options include retractable banners, A-frame sidewalk signs, signicades, tabletop retractables, and floor displays. If you prefer vinyl banners, you can hang them with grommets instead of using a stand.
Grommets aren’t automatically included with every banner since not every display requires them. If you’d like them, you can easily add grommets during checkout. They’re evenly spaced along the top and bottom edges for convenient hanging at your event.
