Production Overrun & Underrun Policy

Purpose

To accommodate normal manufacturing tolerances for custom-produced products,

Light Printing House may manufacture and ship up to 10% more or 10% fewer items

than the quantity originally ordered.

Products Covered

This policy applies only to products specifically designated by Light Printing House and

may be applied at the sole discretion of the Company. Eligible products may include,

but are not limited to, custom paper cups, napkins, coffee sleeves, paper bags, custom

boxes, packaging, and other custom-manufactured items.

This policy does not apply to standard marketing products such as business cards,

flyers, brochures, postcards, stickers, banners, signs, or other products quoted as exact

quantities.

How It Works

• Customers may be invoiced for up to 110% of the ordered quantity.

• The final shipped quantity may vary by up to ±10% of the original order.

• Example: An order of 100 units may result in a shipment of 90–110 units.

Final Quantity Adjustment

The final shipped quantity will be listed on the packing slip and/or final invoice.

If fewer items are delivered than invoiced, the difference will be issued as store credit

unless otherwise approved by Light Printing House. Any exception remains solely at the

Company's discretion.

• This policy reflects standard production tolerances for custom manufacturing.

• Light Printing House reserves the right to determine whether this policy applies to a

particular order.
