Refund Policy
At Light Printing House, all orders are custom-made based on the client’s specifications, artwork, size, material, quantity, and production requirements. Because each order is produced specifically for the client, all payments are final once the order has been placed and paid for.
No Refunds After Payment
Once payment is received, we do not offer refunds if the client changes their mind, no longer needs the order, chooses a different vendor, submitted the wrong information, or decides to cancel for any personal or business reason.
By placing an order and submitting payment, the client confirms that they understand the order is custom and non-refundable.
Store Credit
In some cases, Light Printing House may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is not guaranteed and is provided only at the discretion of management.
If approved, the credit may be used toward a future order with our company. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or business unless approved by management.
Design and Pre-Production Work
If our team has already started working on the order, including design, file setup, proof preparation, material ordering, production planning, or any other pre-production work, any possible credit may be reduced.
Depending on the order status and the amount of work already completed, the available credit may be reduced by approximately 10% to 30% or more. This amount may vary based on the complexity of the order, design time, materials, labor, and production preparation already completed.
Orders Already in Production
If the order has already entered production, printing, finishing, cutting, packaging, or any other production stage, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.
Custom Orders
All printed products are considered custom orders, including but not limited to business cards, stickers, labels, banners, signs, packaging, cups, menus, apparel, displays, and any other products produced with custom artwork, sizing, materials, or specifications.
Errors, Defects, or Quality Issues
If there is an issue with the order that was caused by our production error, the client must notify us as soon as possible and provide photos, videos, or return the products for inspection if requested.
After review, Light Printing House may offer a reprint, correction, partial credit, or another solution depending on the situation. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect files, low-resolution artwork, missing bleed, spelling mistakes, wrong sizes, wrong quantities, incorrect information provided by the client, or approved proofs.
Proof Approval
If a digital proof was provided and approved by the client, the order will be produced based on that approved proof. After approval, Light Printing House is not responsible for mistakes that were visible in the proof, including spelling, layout, colors, size, or design details.
Color Disclaimer
Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on a screen due to differences in monitors, materials, printing methods, coatings, and production equipment. Small color variations are considered normal and are not a reason for refund.
Final Decision
All refund, credit, reprint, or correction decisions are made at the sole discretion of Light Printing House management.
By placing an order with Light Printing House, the client agrees to this Refund Policy.
